This Cooperative Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of , 2021, is entered into by and between The Beaumont Unified School District, a body politic ("DISTRICT"), and the City of Beaumont, a municipal corporation ("CITY"). DISTRICT and CITY are collectively referred to herein as "Parties" and individually as "Party". The Parties hereto agree as follows:
