The attached documents describe the relationship between the British Government as represented by the British Embassy in Washington DC, on behalf of the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, which has a place of business at 3100 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington DC 20008 (" Authority") and the contractor identified below ("Contractor") (each of Authority and Contractor, a "Party"), and shall be effective as of the latest date set forth in the signature block below (the “Effective Date”). The documents attached to this cover page will consist of the Master Services Agreement, which describe and set forth the general legal terms governing the relationship, and one (1) or more addenda describing and setting forth detail about that relationship (“ Addenda”), depending upon the particular services to be provided to Authority (collectively, the “Agreement”).This Agreement includes this Master Services Agreement Cover Page and attached terms and all Addenda that are attach
