(HG) Pursuant to the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 section 9 a local authority has the power to collaborate for the purposes of discharging or facilitating its duties under sections 2(1), 3(2) and 8(7) of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009. This power is without prejudice to any other powers a local authority may have, including such powers of collaboration as set out the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009, section 11.
