This amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T OKLAHOMA (“AT&T OKLAHOMA”) and BCN Telecom, Inc. (“CLEC”). AT&T OKLAHOMA and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
