This Clinical Affiliation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Lake County Community College District (7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, OH 44094), hereinafter referred to as “College” and Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools (35353 Curtis Blvd. Eastlake, Ohio 44095) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Facility”.
