This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made and entered into as of the date signed below, by and between LISS Inc. d/b/a LISS Group and LISS Technologies and the client identified on the signature page below (sometimes referred to as “you,” “your,” or “Client”) and sets forth the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Client may obtain services from any of the affiliated companies or subsidiaries of LISS Inc., including but not limited to LISS Consulting Corp., Smarter Backup Inc., nSpeak LLC and LISS Interactive LLC. In addition to these general terms and conditions, the services are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the particular type of service being provided as set forth in one or more of the following Service Attachments, as applicable.
