This Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Gunnison County Metropolitan Recreation District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“District”) and a (“Grantee”), effective as of the date on which the District and Grantee have both executed this Agreement.
