This Lease Assignment and Assumption Agreement (the “Assignment”) is made this 25th day of January, 2021, (“Assignment Effective Date”) by and between the City of Livonia whose address is 15100 Hubbard, Livonia, Michigan 48154 (“Landlord”), Michigan Wolves-Hawks Soccer Club, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 18600 Haggerty Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152 (hereinafter “Assignor”), and Michigan Hawks Soccer Club, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 1098 Ann Arbor Road W, Suite 251, Plymouth, MI 48170 (hereinafter “Assignee”)(Assignor and Assignee shall be collectively known as the “Parties” or individually, a “Party”).
