This First Amendment (“Amendment #1”) is by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA (the “County”) and THE PINK PEARL FOUNDATION, INC. (the “Agency”). The parties may be individually referred to in this Amendment #1 as the “party” or collectively as the “parties.” The intent of this Amendment #1 is to extend the term of Contract No. Y22-2221, which was approved by the County on August 11, 2022 (“Original Agreement”), from September 30, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
