This agreement between Strawberry Retreat Center (SRC) and the undersigned party is for the licensing for use of a certain parcel of perperty by the undersigned party on the dates indicated below, and subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. This Contract is to become effective immediately upon SRC receiving this signed Contract along with the deposit and signature of of this Agreement by SRC. The signature of the undersigned party serves as an acknowledgement that his/her group, organization, or association, understands and consents to all the terms of this Agreement.
