The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Hospital and the employees concerned and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and main- tain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees within the bargaining unit.
