THIS 7TH AMENDMENT (“Amendment”), is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas on behalf of the Fort Bend County Social Services Department (“FBCSS”) and Fort Bend County Information Technology Department (“IT”), and CaseWorthy, Inc., (“Licensor”), a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties”).
