(indicate legal status i.e. a company or firm) an Export Oriented Unit / a unit under Software Technology Scheme having its registered office at and unit at (hereinafter referred to as “the unit” which expression shall include its successors and assigns) of the one part and the President of India acting through the Director, Software Technology Parks of India - Chennai (hereinafter referred to as “Government” which expression shall include his successors in office and assigns) of the other part.
