These FreedomCare™ Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to any Supported Products (as defined below) that you (“Customer”) have purchased from Pluribus Networks, Inc. (“Pluribus”) and govern the support or maintenance services Pluribus will provide for such purchased products (the “Services”). The Services offered by Pluribus hereunder are expressly conditioned on Customer abiding by the terms of the Pluribus End User License Agreement (the “EULA”), which is hereby incorporated by reference into the agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the EULA, the terms of the EULA shall control. The current Pluribus EULA can be found here:
