In consideration of the services of the San Juan Outdoor School Adventures, LLC and The San Juan Field School their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, independent contractors, San Miguel County, the Trust for Public Land, the Idarado Mining Company, the Telluride Mountain Club, TSG ski and golf, LLC dba Telluride Adventure Center and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity of their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as “SJOSA”), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge SJOSA, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows:
