This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the terms and understanding between the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) and Nueces County (Library), a participant in the Texas State Library and Archives Commission Family Place Libraries Project. This Project is made possible partially by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act (2015).
