THIS STANDARD SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into this day of June , 2024 by and between, Pace Analytical Services, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company with its principal business offices located at 2665 Long Lake Road Suite 300, Roseville, MN 55113 (the “Contractor”), and the Town of Apex, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, (the “Town”). Town and Contractor may collectively be referred to as “Parties” hereinafter.
