These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) are integral part of the legal Agreement, concluded between Intercard Finance AD, www.icard.com, having its seat and registered office at: Bulgaria, Sofia, 76A James Boucher Blvd., PO 1407, UIN: 175325806, info@premiocard.com, authorised and regulated by the Bulgarian National Bank as an Electronic Money Institution under the Electronic Money Directive 2009/110/EC (the “EMD”) with license No. 4703-5081/25.07.2011 and as a Payment Institution under the Payment Services Directive 2007/64/EC (the “PSD”) with license No. 4703-4331/23.06.2010, Principal Member of MasterCard, VISA and JCB, (hereinafter referred to as “Issuer” or “Intercard”) and Client.
