This Cooperative Agreement (Contract) entered into on this day of , 2015, between the City of Longmont, hereinafter "City", and the Fraternal Order of Police Longmont Lodge 6 hereinafter "FOP". It is the purpose of this Agreement to establish a productive relationship between the City and its Police Department employees and to set compensation and certain other conditions of employment as specifiedin Article XV of the Longmont City Charter.
