By signing this Agreement, I hereby acknowledge that the position of _Chief Deputy Auditor-Controller at the Orange County Auditor-Controller is a Senior Management (Executive Management – Group III) position that is being conditionally offered to me upon my willingness to sign this Agreement and work in a position for a term that is terminable at will.
