THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of 2022 by and between the participating carriers listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and represented by the National Carriers’ Conference Committee, and the employees of such carriers shown thereon and represented by the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Transportation Division (“SMART-TD”) witnesseth:
