(the “Effective Date”), by and between the City, by and through the Placentia Public Safety Communications Center, CA (the “Placentia Public Safety Communications Center”) and Moetivations, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Contractor”). The Placentia Public Safety Communications Center and the Contractor may be referred to herein as a “Party” or the “Parties”.
