UNVIERSITY OF COLORADO DENVER | ANSCHUTZ MEDICAL CAMPUS SPACE SHARING AGREEMENT FORM 1. AGREEMENT This space sharing agreement is entered into between Space Sharing Department, listed in Section 2, and Space ReceivingDepartment, listed in Section 3. Terms of the agreement: a. All space owned and/or managed by the campus is retained by the university. Space sharing by each parties does not imply a permanent obligation or ownership, but rather a current commitment based upon program priorities and continued program space justification. b. This agreement is intended to be a temporary sharing of space for the term specified. c. Term of the agreement is: from (mm/dd/yyyy) to (mm/dd/yyyy) d. The parties in Section 2 and Section 3 are responsible for informing the Finance Office and school or college's Dean's Office upon early termination of this agreement due to unanticipated circumstances. e.
