This Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among the Named Plaintiffs Yangel Aguilera, Clint Millien, Jonas Jonavan Acevedo, and Adonis Duran (“Named Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class defined below, and Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Uber Eats (“Defendant” or “Uber,” together with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”).
