This Agreement sets forth the mutual obligations of the WESTERN ASSEMBLIES HOME (herein called “Home”) as the owner and operator of a California not-for-profit Residential Care Facility For The Elderly, and who has made application for admission to the Home and has been accepted as a Resident.(herein called Resident.) A RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY FOR THE ELDERLY LICENSED BY THE CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES IS NOT ALLOWED TO PROVIDE 24 HOUR SKILLED NURSING CARE.
