All contractors working for, or on behalf of Intertek, are required, as a condition of employment, to document their acceptance and understanding of the Intertek Code of Ethics before commencing work on our behalf and on a periodic basis thereafter. It is the responsibility of each contractor acting on Intertek’s behalf to understand and apply the Intertek Code of Ethics in their part of the business and location.
