This Employment Contract for Superintendent of Schools (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date written below, by and between the Board of School Trustees for the South Bend Community School Corporation (“Board”) and Dr. C. Todd Cummings (“Superintendent”). By mutual consent of the parties and in the manner permitted by I.C. 20- 28-8-6, this Contract shall be treated as and considered to be an addendum to the Regular Teacher’s Contract for the employment of the Superintendent by the Board.
