LEASE AMOUNT & TERMS: The premises are on a ONE YEAR (LENGTH) LEASE tenancy commencing (LEASE DATE), and ending on (DATE). Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, for the LEASE term, the sum of $ 4400.00 , which includes a heat surcharge of $50.00 per month, for the months of December, January, February, and March. Landlord agrees to accept monthly payments for the Lease Amount. By checking the appropriate box, Tenant agrees to one of the two options for monthly rent payments.
