This Agreement is entered into by and between the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, whose address is 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1600, hereafter “Commission” or “FWC,” and Pasco County BOCC, 59-6000792, whose address is 4111 Land O Lakes Blvd Suite #201, Land O Lakes, Florida 34639, the Recipient/Subrecipient, hereinafter “Recipient”, collectively, “Parties”.
