This client agreement, together with the Annex and any Schedule(s), and accompanying documents (including the Terms of Business Letter and the Account Opening Form, as amended from time to time) (together the "Agreement") sets out the terms of the contract between you (the "Client") and the Firm. It is, therefore, very much in your interests to read it carefully. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything which you do not understand.
