This Agreement made as of the day of , 2021 between Continental 601 Fund LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”), and Continental Properties Company, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Construction Manager””), and relating to work to be performed in the multifamily project located in Madison, WI as more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference thereto (hereinafter “Project”).
