UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON CAMPUS (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 7, 2020, between Seattle Housing and Resource Effort, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“SHARE”) and the Board of Regents of the University of Washington, a state institution of higher education and an agency of the State of Washington (“University”).
