This INTERNET BANKING Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement") is the contract which covers both your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Internet Banking Product services offered to you by First Resource Bank (“INTERNET BANKING”). INTERNET BANKING permits you to inquire on all of your accounts and transactions, electronically initiate account transactions involving your accounts, electronically initiate and authorize Bill Payments from your accounts, and communicate with First Resource Bank. In this Agreement, the words "you", "your" and "yours" mean those who request and use INTERNET BANKING, any joint owners of accounts accessed under this Agreement or any authorized users of this service. The words "we", "us" and "our" mean First Resource Bank. The word "Accounts" means any one or more checking accounts, saving accounts, time deposit accounts, Installment Loans, Overdraft Protection, Personal Line of Credit, Home Equity Line, Mortgage Loan or other accounts you have wi
