This form is published as a general indication of the terms and conditions a service provider would be expected to enter into with AEMO if it procures NSCAS under clause 3.11.3 of the National Electricity Rules. As set out in the NSCAS Tender Guidelines, a specific form of agreement for each NSCAS tender process will be issued with the invitation to tender. That form may differ from this document, and individual terms may be negotiated if appropriate.
