This agreement is made effective for general use of computers at the school site and upon receipt of a 1:1 laptop computer between the WACO Community School District , the student receiving a laptop (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a laptop computer, software, and related materials (the “Computer”) for use while a student is at WACO Community School District, hereby agree as follows:
