THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Walnut Creek, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”), and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District, a rapid transit district (hereinafter “BART”). City and BART are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
