To purchase 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tape Division (IATD) products, an OEM must complete, and have on file with 3M, an Authorized 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division Composite Pressure Vessel Product Supply Agreement, which identifies specific products the OEM may purchase. Pressure Vessel OEMs must incorporate tanks into a fuel system; they may not distribute tanks separately.
