A license agreement for 3500 W. 13 Mile Road has been developed for a longstanding encroachment into the public right-of-way of Yorba Linda Blvd. The right-of-way encroachment is on the north side of the Shrine High School Athletic Field for use of the existing track and bleachers. The License Agreement documents are shown in Attachment 1.
