EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to all employees employed by Invocare Australia Pty Ltd., Level 4/153 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, who are engaged in the classifications in clause 17 of this agreement, at the locations referred to in Schedule 1 of this agreement, who fall within the coverage of the Funeral Industries (State) Award 2005 and the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award. The agreement does not apply to clerical employees working in the National Finance and Adminstration Group or at the company's Corporate Head Office.
