CCFY Private Party Contract:Private Party Contract • September 28th, 2021
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable host cost retainer fee is due at the time of acceptance of the contract. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. If the client fails to remit payment as specified, CCFY shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement without further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend the Event.
