In consideration of being employed and as a condition of my employment by Senior Salon Services, LLC, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or affiliates (hereinafter “Senior Salon”) I, (“I” or “Employee”), with a state of cosmetology license that expires on hereby voluntarily and knowingly agree to be bound by the following Agreement Relating To Confidential Information, and Covenants Against Competition And Solicitation/Interference (hereinafter “Agreement”) as follows:
