This grunt agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on August 15, 2018 (the "Effective Date") between the University of Dallas (the "University"), a nonprofit corporation registered in the state of Texas, and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). This Agreement is for the benefit of the Classical Education Graduate Program (the "Center"), which is housed in the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts (the "College") al the University. The University and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." The Parties agree as follows:
