By submitting this contract to NCAOR, you, the Vendor or Consultant are intending to become an Internet Data Exchange Consultant to provide a RETS website for active NCAOR Participants and/or Subscribers. Please refer to the NCAOR IDX Policies, available upon request, for further details. Each licensed agent of the firm who you are providing RETS data must ensure this contract is filled out completely and signed by the MLS Participant (See Paragraph 3 for definitions) for their firm.
