The Artist authorises the Finnish Musicians' Union (hereinafter ‘Union’) to enforce his or her rights as a performing artist in Finland and abroad with the exception of rights entrusted by the Artist, now or in the future, to the sole care of the Copyright Society of Performing Artists and Phonogram Producers GRAMEX (hereinafter ‘Gramex’).
