This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes the terms under which Onward Delivery, LLC (“Onward”) offers to you, as a Motor Carrier (the “Carrier” or “you”), access to its website www.onwarddelivery.com (the “Site”) and the associated mobile software application platform owned and operated by Onward (“Mobile App”). Onward provides an online and mobile platform (collectively, the “Service”) to connect Shippers, Consignees and/or other third parties (collectively, the “Senders and Receivers”) with Carriers for the transportation of cargo whereby Senders and Receivers can submit a request for the transportation of cargo (“Shipment”). Carriers can accept such requests, and both Senders and Receivers, on the one hand and Carriers, on the other hand, can track such requests. The Service includes access to all applications, content and downloads offered by Onward, including the Site, Mobile App, and associated user content.
