Attached is the 2018 Joint Powers Agreement between the CLFLWD and Chisago County that lays out the terms of coordinating and funding the watercraft inspection program. The only change to this agreement relative to last year’s agreement is that the Level 2 wage cap listed under “Fees for Services” was increased from $28 to $29 (which includes overhead). This rate will only be paid to the single lead watercraft inspector when he is actively operating the watercraft decontamination unit.
