Attached are the original and duplicate original of the optional Federal Apportionment Exchange Program and State Match Program Agreement Number XO6-5936 (069) for the County’s allocation of Federal Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) Exchange and State matching provided by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient, Transportation Equity Act - A Legacy for Users. This agreement is provided by the California Department of Transportation pursuant to various sections of the Streets and Highways Code. The agreement provides for the transfer of 13 in RSTP funds and $100,000 in State Matching funds for fiscal year These funds will be included in the Road Budget request.
