The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and SoliSYSTEMS LLC (“Contractor”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain “36K MULTOS Smart Card” deliverables and services Contract effective April 6, 2020 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000710300001 (“Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
