WATER AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Authority”), whose address is 9950 Park Avenue, Firestone, Colorado 80504 and Hydro Resources- Rocky Mountain, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Contractor”), whose address is 13027 WCR 18, Building C, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. Authority and Contractor may hereinafter singularly be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
