This Housing Contract (the “Contract”) is for the ACADEMIC YEAR two semesters (fall semester and spring semester) or one semester if entering spring semester and is for a space, not a specific apartment within the housing designated by Georgia Institute of Technology as family housing (collectively, the “Family Housing Apartments”), and is effective on the date of signature.
